Analysis of Variance is method used in statistics to determine the difference between two or more means. Means in statistics is the average of something. The analysis of variance is used to determine the difference between two or more averages. Using analysis of variance can help determine the significance between the different sample groups. This can also then determine if the information received by the means of the sample groups are an error. ANOVA can also help determine how much the sample groups may differ from one another on the dependent variable.
